How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. During very busy periods it can be up to 3 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
We’re unable to accept returns of custom/personalised items.
Do you ship Internationally?

I need 20 t shirts making, can you do these for me?
Yes, of course. Get in touch and ask us about volume discounts too.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer bulk discounts on the same design. Please contact us for further details.
I’d like my work shirts customised, can i provide my own t-shirts?
For work shirts, yes, you can. Sometimes there is a limitation to the material. Regular, standard shirts we will decline. Get in touch.
I can’t see the size I want
Get in touch, we have lots of t shirts in stock, so probably have what you want.
Are the colours I can see accurate?
Computer screens often show colours inaccurately. Please get in touch if you’d like a photo of specific t shirts (photo’s can show inaccurate colours too, it will give you a comparison though)
What do the sizes mean?
We have a size guide. Please use the measurements to check the size before ordering as customised and personalised items cannot be returned.
What is the difference between the mens and ladies t shirts?
The ladies t-shirts are fitted. If you don’t want a fitted shirt, it may be beneficial to go by the measurements on the mens t shirt guide.
Is the image I see exactly what I can expect?
It will be close. Slight variations in size and position will occur as we print each t-shirt by hand, here in Perth.
What are your t-shirts made of?
We most often use brands such as AS Colour, JB’s Wear and Ramo for the high quality they offer. If an order has a short notice turnaround time (eg 24/48 hours), we may use store bought tees such as Target on the odd occasion that we don’t have all of the sizes required to fulfil the print order.
Is the price I see my final cost or do you add for custom designs?
We try to keep our prices low. All t-shirts printed using our designs are at the cost visible. There is also no additional cost for simple designs, such as names. There is sometimes a small, one off additional cost for custom designs (per design, not per item printed), only if they are complex designs or a very low resolution image is provided. Any additional costs will be discussed prior to printing. (We do charge for shipping.)
What materials do you use?
We use both high quality vinyl prints and full colour printing.
Do you send my order off to a third party for printing?
No. We print everything in our very own workshop, connected to our home. We are proud to be a hands on, small business, creating the finished product ourselves.
I have 2 discount codes, can I use both?
No. We try to keep our costs low and only permit one code to be used per order. If our website allows more than one by accident, you will be billed for the difference.
I’d like to make my own, can I buy a blank onesie from you?
Yes, we offer wholesale on onesies. You may purchase from just one upwards. Please view the wholesale link at the bottom of our website for availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If your order has not been printed/designed/cut yet, you can cancel your order. We do charge a 10% cancellation fee, which is minimal as we often start creating the necessary files immediately. If files and mock ups have already been provided and/or items ordered in specifically for your order, the cancellation fee is 20%. Please be assured that this is not excessive as it will not cover costs already incurred by us.
